Towards the classification of multi-walled carbon nanotubes

After consultation last summer, the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) validated the classification as carcinogenic by inhalation (cat. 1B) of (nano)multi-walled carbon tubes.

Are concerned those having a diameter ≥ 30 nm and < 3 μm, a length ≥ 5 μm and aspect ratio > 3:1.
