Only 130 chemicals with “nanoforms” have been registered under REACH, according to the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA), as reported by Chemical Watch. In France, however, 286 substances are listed in the latest official balance sheet of r-nano, the French register…

This is an opportunity to reiterate the need to lower the registration threshold in REACH for nanoforms below “one ton per year”, as the EU Council and NGOs have been advocating for several years now.
