The French National Agency for Health Safety (Anses) published today a risk assessment method specific to manufactured nanomaterials used as food additives and ingredients for nutritional purposes.
The application of this guide to concrete cases of manufactured nanomaterials is the subject of expert work that is ongoing, and will be published later in a separate much awaited statement.
